Onsite Contract Recruiter- RPO

As a Contract Recruiter on the AgileOne Talent Acquisition team, you will play a critical role in partnering with the client, Talent Attraction professionals, Operations Management, and key business areas to define and deliver recruiting strategies for the creation of a qualified candidate pool.

The AgileOne Contract Recruiter serves as the single point-of-contact for hiring managers and their staffing needs. You will be responsible for hiring manager satisfaction within our RPO services delivery team, and regularly provide subject matter expertise regarding labor market data, competition, and recruiting trends. This role is responsible for continually meeting and exceeding the established SLA?s of both our client and applicants.

This role will be responsible for client management, project management, and building relationships in the local community to establish our client as an Employer of Choice. Additionally, the Contract Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and maintaining professional applicants for direct hire through various tools, recruiting resources, including: networking events, solicitation of referrals from applicants, candidates, and employees. Additionally, this role will support the Client?s Diversity and Inclusion initiatives by maximizing relationships with diversity partners and exploring emerging sourcing methods.

This role is an onsite position in Cedar Rapids, IA. It is not virtual/remote.

Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.?

3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, testing, selection, offer, and negotiation). Solid understanding of employment law as it relates to staffing.

Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, e-mail, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Boolean search strings, ATS applications (Jobvite, ?Workday, Oracle Taleo, SuccessFactors, PeopleClick, iCIMS or others). Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
