Telecommunications Supervisor

TelCom Construction is an established national utility contractor located in Clearwater, MN with a growing market presence within both the wireline and wireless telecommunications industries. We are currently seeking a full-time Supervisor to work out of our Marion, IA location.
This position is responsible for overall supervision of a project and to provide communication and guidance to crew leaders. Duties include but are not limited to ensuring projects meet deadlines; organizing materials, equipment, and labor; approving and managing materials, labor and billing; providing all required job reporting; conducts walk-throughs; completing as-builts and redlines; actively participating in and taking responsibility for safety, maintenance, production and personnel related initiatives.
Previous utility construction leadership experience is required. Experience working with telecommunication MSA contracts is strongly preferred. This position also requires good computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Out of town travel may be required as well as on-call availability. The successful candidate must hold a valid driver's license with good driving record. A Class A CDL license is plus!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
