Responsibilities:
Using ANSYS FEA to perform structural analysis of machine components and assemblies.
Designing and developing new machines and equipment, including conceptualization, detailed design, prototyping, and testing.
Using Siemens NX11 for 3D modeling and drafting of mechanical components and assemblies.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design objectives and project deadlines are met.
Providing technical support to the manufacturing and maintenance teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
Developing and implementing design standards and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
Continually improving and updating technical knowledge and skills.
Participating in design reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Identifying and resolving design and manufacturing issues to ensure product performance and quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical design and engineering.
Proficiency in ANSYS FEA for structural analysis of mechanical components and assemblies.
Experience in machine design, including conceptualization, detailed design, prototyping, and testing.
Proficiency in Siemens NX11 for 3D modeling and drafting of mechanical components and assemblies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
