Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented (bondable) Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations.
This is NOT a clerical/data entry position.
Responsibilities:
- - Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data in HR systems.
- Support payroll management by verifying timesheets and assisting with payroll processing.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proven positive track record in a wide variety of HR skill areas including (not limited to) payroll, insurance handling.
- Basic knowledge of financial services and general ledger accounting principles.
- Familiarity with payroll management processes.
- Strong mathematical skills.
